The space

House Paganica is a typical new roman house, located within a historic building – Palazzo Mattei Paganica – in via Paganica 4; was built on the ruins of the Theatre of Lucius Cornelius Balbus ” in 1541 by the will of Louis Mattei, Duke of Paganica (hence the name ); in 1928 the building was sold
Italian Encyclopaedia Institute , founded in 1925 by Giovanni Treccani (founder of the historic Encyclopedia Treccani) which still owns it.

House Paganica is a beautifully furnished and extremely quiet and peaceful despite it is in the heart of the CITTA’ ETERNA; the house offers a comfortable living room with sofa and chairs where you can spend a good return home, a kitchen where you can dine comfortably in all six, three large bedroom with double bed (two rooms have the ability to separate the double beds making them 4 single beds ) and two bathrooms with shower; TV, air conditioning and Wi Fi.
The structure is extremely convenient for both groups of friends to families ; but even if you are a couple do not be discouraged because the apartment is divided in such a way that , even if only in two , is not dispersive .

House Paganica is located between Largo di Torre Argentina – where several convenient public transportation depart, including the Termini station you can reach in 10 minutes with the 40 Express – and the Ghetto , the
oldest and most fascinating neighborhood, where you can find typical trattorias not “only for tourists” ” but where the Romans love to go.
Very close also Piazza Navona and Piazza Venezia , a short walk from Piazza Campo dei Fiori, famous for its market, and Trastevere , the heart of the lively evening .
